How It Works

search
Search for n8n community packages using semantic ranking. Uses multi-tag search with weighted scoring based on name matches, description relevance, and popularity.
Parameters
query string
Search query (e.g., "slack integration", "notion api")
limit number optional
Maximum results to return (1-10, default: 5, capped at 10)
list
List n8n community packages by npm keyword tags. Returns packages sorted by relevance with automatic deduplication across tags.
Parameters
tag string optional
Specific npm keyword tag (defaults to all n8n tags)
limit number optional
Maximum results to return (1-25, default: 10, capped at 25)
docs
Retrieve detailed package metadata and documentation. Includes package info, repository links, and optionally the full README content with fallback to repository source.
Parameters
name string
Package name (e.g., "n8n-nodes-slack-extended")
includeReadme boolean optional
Include README documentation (default: false)
